SHIPPING & RETURNS
1. How long is processing, shipping and handling?
Processing takes up to 2-4 business days from the day your order was placed. Once the processing on your order is complete you we will ship however processing time for some products may take longer base on the procedure its made under. For example ALL CUSTOM MADE WIGS. Once your order is ready to ship you will receive a tracking number. after 24 hours your tracking information will update right up until you have receive your package. All package is INSURED.
2. How long does shipping takes?
Shipping usually take 2-3 business days after your order is processed and you have received your tracking number; excluding public holidays. Please CONTACT United States Postal Service if your package is delayed.
3.Can i make changes to my order?
Orders cannot be altered once payment is complete. Please contact us or cancel order.
4. Are packages shipped on holidays or weekend?
We are very sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause however we do not ship on holiday nor weekend. Please be reminded to place your order in advance.
REFUNDS
1. All sales are FINAL, NO refund on Custom Made Wigs, NO Exchange. All products are double checked before preparing your package. In order to receive your refund you MUST RETURN (ship) the item that you are requesting the refund for to our business location. If the fault of the item you returned is not caused by our company you will not be qualified for a refund. All refund are return in FULL. If you have receive a damage item please contact us at

ALL our Custom made wigs requires 14-21 business days maximum to be complete to perfection. Give shipping 2-3 days to be delivered. Holidays and weekends are EXCLUDED
